Taskbar Setting Won't Save
This problem can not necessarily be the task bar that is the problem. The problem could be with the entire desktop where there is a problematic
registry key. There is a fix for this at www.dougknox.com/xp/scripts_desc/xp_save_settings.
Follow the onscreen instructions and download and run the file. This should fix the problem.
