Its not
possible to mix and match Portrait and Landscape slides in PowerPoint in
the same presentation but there are two workarounds. The first involves
creating two presentations one in portrait the other landscape.
When you
need to show a slide in the second presentation add it as an

The second workaround is simpler. just create
square slides the height and width of the screen and drop both portrait
and landscape slides in.
